The beginning of another delicious cake!
I baked this cake in a cast-iron skillet, as suggested by Joy of Cooking.
I put extra brown sugar and butter, and it did make a great crispy and gooey top.
This is how it turned out, and not for long did it last!
Tonight the Academy Awards are on, and I want to watch the monologue with Jon Stewart, but, that is it! I cannot image sitting through three hours of mediocre comedy, speeches with crying ladies and edited speeches. Jon is funny, but, secretly, I think that Stephen is funnier! Yes, he should host the AA next year!
